The built-in telescopic extraction hood model of 2025 by the popular brand Bosch is designed for installation in cabinets 60 cm wide. The metallic lacquered finish of the body is only 17.5 cm high and 28 cm deep — allowing the unit to be placed in practically any standard wall cabinet. The extraction capacity is 310 m³/h, making the model suitable for small and medium-sized kitchens up to 8–10 m².

This is a basic solution in the Bosch line, without claims for record-breaking power, but with a recognizable German approach to construction. It features a slider switch for control, a mechanism familiar from other built-in models of the brand: one movement selects one of the three speeds and turns on the lighting. The Bosch kitchen hood DFT 63CA51T can operate in either extraction through a 150 mm duct, or in recirculation mode with the installation of the DWZ6IT0A0 carbon filter. The aluminum grease filter is reusable. The maximum noise level at the third speed reaches 67 dB, which is not the lowest figure, especially considering the moderate performance, and should be taken into account if the kitchen is combined with a living area. It features LED lighting. The device weighs 5.8 kg, making installation relatively easy.
