One of the most affordable 2018 motherboards based on the mid-range AMD B450M chipset. Equipped with AMD AM4 socket, capable of fully supporting 3rd generation Ryzen 3/5/7/9 CPUs based on Matisse and Picasso cores with Zen 2 microarchitecture. Also compatible with 2/4/6/8-core Ryzen 3 CPUs /5/7 2nd generation (Summit Ridge/Pinnacle Ridge cores), Radeon Vega APUs (Raven Ridge) and low-cost Athlon Zen CPUs (Raven Ridge).

Thanks to a functional chipset and compact overall dimensions (microATX format), this model will be a good choice for building an inexpensive universal home PC, a multifunctional office system or an entry-level workstation. Can be used in low-cost gaming configurations (without CPU overclocking). Up to 32 GB of RAM is supported in total, which is enough for any home and office needs, gaming and most professional tasks. It works without problems with high-performance discrete video cards, it is equipped with a set of two interface ports (D-sub VGA, HDMI) for displaying images from the Radeon Vega video core built into some models of processors. For operational processing of network traffic, there is a Realtek RTL8111H GbE controller.
