Reliable and relatively compact floor gas heating single-circuit boiler from the Baxi Slim family. Equipped with an atmospheric burner, an open combustion chamber and a powerful circulation pump. It is intended for work in heating systems with forced circulation of the heat carrier. It is distinguished by the use of a reliable and massive 5-section cast iron heat exchanger, the design of which ensures good energy efficiency and the longest possible service life.

In addition, the BAXI SLIM 1.300 iN boiler is equipped with a microprocessor control system with an electronic flame modulation function. A decent level of useful thermal power (29.7 kW) allows you to heat private houses / cottages, commercial, domestic and industrial premises of an impressive area (up to 223 m2). This model can work in cascade heating systems and be used in tandem with an external indirect heating boiler for hot water preparation. Work is supported in two temperature ranges of the coolant (30-80 °C and 30-45 °C), which makes it possible to work in "warm floor" systems. The installation of the boiler must be carried out in non-residential (boiler) premises with a constant supply of fresh air. Without fail, it requires a full-fledged chimney system that provides stable natural draft.
