I'm not very familiar with air conditioners, so I chose this brand (even though I hadn't heard of it before) based on the recommendation of a friend who works with ACs. I know that good ACs are Kelon, Daikin, or Mitsubishi as a last resort, but I don't see the point in spending a lot of money on them, although I believe they're better in all aspects. So, Ballu—it cools, which is what was needed. In my opinion, that's what an AC is for. I've had it for 3 years; I installed 2 units of 12k in a 76 sqm apartment, and everything works perfectly. Within half an hour, the whole apartment cools down, even when it's hot outside. It doesn't make noise, rattle, or smell, etc. The installation cost is the same as for any other AC (I have experience installing various semi-brands). I read some reviews and was surprised—either I got two good units, or the aim here is to badmouth a semi-brand. And the remote works from any distance. Good luck to everyone.
