The family of extraordinary gaming laptops from Asus represents the proprietary ROG Flow series, which combines transformable models with a touch display, powerful hardware and support for external video cards (XG Mobile). Representatives of the line belong to the highest price category and are able to satisfy the needs of the most demanding users and fans of computer games. All laptops have a body made of plastic and magnesium alloy, as well as a hinge that allows you to open the PC lid 360 degrees and use it as a tablet or stand.
Asus ROG Flow X16 2023 GV601VI laptops have a 16-inch touch screen with Gorilla Glass DX protection, thin frames, a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The display is based on miniLED technology, which provides excellent image quality, including accurate color reproduction (confirmed by Pantone certification) and a wide color gamut (100% DCI P3 coverage is claimed).
The laptops are equipped with a 14-core 13th generation Intel Core i9 processor with a clock frequency of 1.9 GHz, at least 16 GB of DDR5-4800 MHz RAM (as much as 96 GB in top versions) and a discrete graphics adapter NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070. The latter will provide realistic image thanks to support for ray tracing, as well as high fps in current AAA games. Additional features of the models include a solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 to 8 TB, the presence of an RGB backlit keyboard and 4 additional function keys, a 90 Wh battery with a fast charging function (up to 50% in half an hour) and the ability to power devices connected via USB C. The presence of a face scanner (FaceID), acoustics with four speakers and advanced connection interfaces, including Thunderbolt v4 and a Wi-Fi 6E module, deserve special mention.
