The Astor brand vacuum cleaner is distinguished primarily by its low cost and rather compact size. It is not too heavy and oversized home assistant that does not take up much space when stored and is easy to use: you can easily move it around the house or carry it over thresholds and steps using the handle on the case. And the model is quite maneuverable and equipped with a cord of sufficient length for comfortable work - 4.5 m.

At the same time, the compact size of the vacuum cleaner did not affect its power in any way. On the contrary, it has a rather high thrust: the power consumption is 1800 W, and the suction power is 400 W. As a result, this "baby" copes with both fine dust and larger debris and thoroughly cleans any floor covering, whether it's a flat laminate or a carpet with pile. The advanced energy-saving motor maintains a constant suction power, and there is a regulator on the body to select the optimal power. The big plus is that with such a draft the device is not very noisy (76 dB), so cleaning the house will not cause discomfort to other family members.

Astor VC-1873 BB, like most inexpensive devices, uses a bag to collect dust and debris. On the one hand, it is reusable, which eliminates the cost of consumables. On the other hand, cleaning the bag, unlike a plastic container, is a more troublesome and dusty task. The volume of the bag is 3 liters, and a special indicator will tell you when it is full and needs to be cleaned.

The model comes with three attachments: a standard combo floor and carpet brush, a small brush and a 2-in-1 narrow crevice tool with a retractable bristle section. The latter is especially convenient when cleaning dust in corners, on a table, laptop or computer keyboard, as well as upholstered furniture.
