model with serious drawbacks

Installed in summer 2019 as a backup in case of water supply interruptions, it was turned on about 5-6 times until April 2020. In April 2020, the hot water was turned off, so we started using the boiler (but hardly used it in the summer due to vacations, etc.). The manufacturer claims a 7-year warranty on the tank, BUT! under the condition of annual maintenance (costing around 1000 UAH). I didn't do this, as by the time a year had passed, it had actually been used for 3 months. In November 2020, it started leaking. Currently, there is no service at the representative's office, and we were directed to a dealer service. The service technician said that due to the lack of maintenance, the warranty is void. The representative also refused to help. Another technician who came on the call said you can buy anything but ARTI. Up to 80% of service calls are because of ARTI, and all of them are faulty. The tanks are made from crap and sticks.

Also, in spring 2020, I got an ARTI for work (mine was working at that moment), and it started leaking after two months as well, but it was replaced (though they tried to refuse). Don't even think about buying it, and don't recommend it to anyone.
