The products of the Taiwanese company AOC are not well known to the general public. But recently, the popularity of the brand has been growing rapidly, because in terms of the “price / quality” ratio, there are practically no better options to be found.
Quality display
The representative of the 2016 model range uses an IPS-type panel with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels to display the image. The matrix boasts a fast response time (4 ms) and high-quality colour reproduction. The maximum screen brightness is claimed equal to 250 cd/m², and in fact this value is even higher — synthetic tests show a result of 276 cd/m². Neither the viewing angles nor the uniformity of the colour temperature can be claimed by the display.
Armament
Outwardly, the AOC I2475Pwqu turned out to be unsightly. But in terms of equipment, it is ready to compete not only with models of its class, but also with more advanced 24-inch monitors. All thanks to an expanded set of interfaces on board — the monitor is armed with VGA, DVI, HDMI and Display Port connectors for connecting signal sources, a USB 3.0 hub and even built-in speakers with a total power of 2 W. The sound quality of the loudspeakers is very mediocre, but the very fact of their presence pleases.
Flexible adjustment
The stand on which the monitor rests allows you to turn the screen left and right at an angle of up to 165 ° and tilt it back and forth from -5 ° to + 25 °. It also provides for height adjustment within 13 cm. And if you want to hang the monitor on the wall, the user will need holes on the back of the case for a 100x100 mm VESA mount.
