The Zelmer brand electric meat grinder is easy to use, has rather modest characteristics and low cost, but at the same time it performs its tasks well. This is a fairly compact model that will not take up much space in the kitchen, with quite standard equipment: a plastic body, a loading tray with a pusher made of the same material, a metal grinding chamber and a sharp single-sided blade.

The package bundle is also quite modest: it includes two discs for minced meat of fine and coarse grinding with holes with a diameter of 3 and 7 mm, as well as a nozzle for forming homemade sausages and frankfurters. The maximum power of the Zelmer ZMM 1011B is only 1000 W, so its performance is far from the highest - the meat grinder can process up to 1.3 kg of meat or other products per minute. But the model received a reverse function, which will help clean the auger without completely disassembling the entire structure.
