The planetary mixer of the Polish brand Zelmer belongs to the middle price segment and has all the necessary functions for efficient operation. The 1300 W engine allows you to process both light masses and heavy yeast dough. Users will also appreciate the good equipment of the device. A 4.5 l bowl is provided for the main processes. It is made of durable, long-lasting metal and, thanks to this, easily withstands active everyday use.

The bowl is complemented by a transparent splash guard lid, which prevents splashing of the contents and allows you to add ingredients directly during the mixing process, using the loading hole for this. In addition to the main bowl, the kit includes an additional capacious 5.5 l container made of plastic. Thus, Zelmer ZKR 1310G allows you to perform various processes without being distracted by washing dirty dishes.

Finally, the set is complemented by three standard attachments: a volumetric whisk for whipping, a flat spatula (beater) for mixing and a hook for kneading dough. It is also worth noting the fairly flexible settings, allowing you to select the optimal speed depending on the recipe and process features. There are 10 speeds to choose from and a separate Pulse mode for the most complex tasks.
