I bought this slicer as a gift for my wife for the kitchen, as I wanted to speed up the slicing process for cooking. The device copes with its tasks, but not as well as I would like... The product accumulates at the outlet and starts to chew, you have to constantly stop the blade and clean the outlet. There is also some backlash in the moving parts. I tried to cut bread, sausage and cheese, but I could do it no worse with a file knife!!! If I could turn back time, I probably would not have bought the slicer and the point is not in the manufacturer, but in the concept of making it as a slicing device.... Adjustable slicing thickness, ceramic coated knife, folding mechanism for convenient storage, cord storage compartment, dual power buttons for safety.
