How is multitool different from Swiss knife?Which multifunctional tool is right for you: multi-tool or "Swiss"
Carrying case The knife blade could have been made longer |
I needed small pliers at home for a spot that was quite awkward to reach with standard ones. So Yato, of course, isn't Stanley, Toptul, or Force, but for small home tasks, it's just right. Whether it's bending mosquito net clips on windows, disassembling and fixing a speaker, or taking this tool on a bike trip, it will come in handy. The multitool sits comfortably in hand, doesn't slip, and isn't heavy — easy to carry around. The multitool is quite well made, with handles of anodized aluminum and a steel base. The bright color will help if the tool falls into grass, making it easier to find. The pliers are fairly well finished and look quality. The knives arrived unsharpened, and I had to sharpen them myself, which was quite inconvenient since the blade is rather small due to the multitool's size, unlike any "Swiss" knife where the blade is longer. Of course, this isn't a professional tool, so don't expect miracles from it. But for home, minor repairs, and just "just in case" — a very successful purchase. Compactness, price, bag and case included, a set of necessary and not very. But for such a price tag, there are probably no obvious drawbacks. |

The set includes a small pocket with a Velcro closure that can be attached to a belt thanks to the loop on the back. The tools included are a knife, a pointed knife-saw, a bottle opener/flat screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a saw, a can opener, another flat screwdriver, and something else that I don't know what it's for.
The base of the multitool is made of metal, and the body is covered with anodized aluminum in red color. There are also plastic elements on the body that serve purely decorative purposes.
Overall, it's quite a decent tool that I always take with me on trips. The quality of the metal may not be the highest, and there could be more functions, but in my opinion, for this price, it is worth every penny spent on it.
