Xiaomi is taking food processors to the next level with its smart cooking robot. This is a multifunctional appliance with advanced capabilities that can replace a dozen kitchen devices. The fact is that it performs about 35 functions: frying, stewing, steaming, grinding spices, grinding, kneading dough, whipping cream and even washing vegetables before cooking. And all this in one not too large device.

The food processor consists of a base, a main bowl with a capacity of 2.2 liters and a steamer pan. An 8-inch touch display is used for control, which displays settings, tips and more than 200 recipes from chefs with step-by-step instructions. All you need to do is load the ingredients and select a recipe - the robot itself monitors the process, sets the required heating temperature and cooking time.

The CookingloT intelligent algorithm is responsible for this, which guarantees ideal cooking results. Xiaomi Smart Cooking also comes with useful accessories: a chopping knife, a butterfly attachment for mixing and several baskets for the bowl and steamer. Using them, you can simultaneously cook several dishes, or rather 3 dishes and soup. 3D induction heating technology makes it possible to fry, stew and cook foods at temperatures up to 180 degrees.

The 3-layer stainless steel bowl has a special shape that ensures fast heating and even heat distribution. The robot even has a special function for rinsing vegetables, fruits and seafood before cooking, as well as washing the bowl itself. And the built-in scales determine the weight of products with an accuracy of 1 gram. At the heart of the food processor is a motor that provides rotation speeds from 40 to 12,000 rpm, depending on the tasks being performed. For example, low speed is suitable for mixing, medium speed is suitable for whipping and grinding, and high speed is suitable for grinding coffee and spices.
