Xiaomi often creates copies of famous brands, offering a recognizable design at a much lower price than the original. Therefore, it is not surprising that its range includes hair dryers that look like Dyson devices, and the Xiaomi ShowSee A18-GY is one such example. The model almost completely copies the appearance of the Dyson Supersonic HD01 and its successors, only the body does not have a hole in the upper part. However, the ergonomics are observed: the center of gravity is located in the handle, which helps to avoid hand fatigue during long drying, and the overall weight of the hair dryer remains low. Its compact size allows you to take it with you on various trips. Thus, the Xiaomi version is definitely not confused with the original, but it also looks stylish and beautiful.

Not just design

Fortunately, the similarities do not end with the design — the manufacturer has also worked on the performance. With a power of only 1800 W and compact dimensions, the professional engine creates an air flow with a speed of up to 60 m/s (about 216 km/h). Thanks to this, drying takes less time, even for owners of long and thick hair. Flexible settings allow you to select the optimal parameters for your hair type and features. There are 2 power modes, 3 temperature modes, including cold blowing, as well as a combined mode that alternates hot and cold air every 5 seconds, providing a more gentle drying. An interesting element is the indicator ring, which changes color depending on the selected temperature.

The hair dryer precisely controls the temperature and prevents overheating. During the drying and styling process, it generates a stream of negatively charged ions that eliminate static electricity and close the hair cuticle, preserving natural moisture and adding smoothness.

However, Xiaomi saved on the package - the model comes with only one concentrator nozzle. In general, it helps to create various hairstyles (smooth hair, root volume, light curled curls), but an additional diffuser is still missing. The nozzle is magnetic and can rotate 360 degrees, which makes working with a hair dryer much easier.
