We've been waiting for the necessary part for over a month!! Non-working control unit or main board. Factory defect. There's no part anywhere!!! They keep feeding us promises. They can't fix it. We bought this oven and encountered a problem. Initially, the control panel started glitching. We contacted the store, and they sent us a technician. He looked at it and said that the controls would work themselves out. But that wasn't the case. Worked several times. There were holidays, and I didn't really want to believe that the controls on this model simply malfunctioned. Soon it completely stopped responding! When the technician arrived, he started turning the oven off and on. Nothing.
