Drying occurs due to the blowing of cuts / whole fruits with a stream of heated air, heat to which is given off by a reliable tubular electric heater of high power (1000 W). The low-speed bearing-mounted fan produces little noise and ensures stable airflow during long hours of work. The VolTera 1000 Lux fruit dryer is equipped with a vertical cascade of five wide round trays made of durable food-grade plastic.

Can be used for harvesting almost any traditional/exotic vegetables or fruits. Quickly dries whole/cut berries, herbs/herbs, nuts and mushrooms. Allows you to cook meat and fish chips, popular with beer lovers. Wither meat / fish, quickly dry croutons or homemade noodles. The electronic control system makes it possible to control the air temperature (from 40 to 60 °C) and stop the process by timer.
