3 – 4 days of active use without recharging
The Chinese brand Vivo continues to develop the Y line, gradually winning back a piece of the pie from competitors from Xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung. The pride of their new Vivo Y11 smartphone is a capacious battery, it’s not without reason that the inscription “5000 mAh” flaunts next to the name of the device on the box. And this is great news. The indicator of 4000 mAh is gradually becoming the norm for "tubes" of any class, and "life near the outlet" from advertising Samsung Galaxy S5 turns into a bearded anecdote. A solid battery, a proprietary intelligent power management system and energy-efficient filling allow Vivo Y11 to work for three days on a single charge. And this is with games, YouTube, instant messengers, listening to music and other regular activities. If you use it in a more gentle mode, then you can count on all five days.
Eye-catching design
The Vivo Y11 case is next in line for praise. Among the army of identical smartphones with a shimmering back cover, it differs by a moderately strict back with a barely noticeable tint and a texture that is pleasing to the eye. The case itself looks neat, it is built to last, and the side frames in such phones have long been narrowed to a minimum, so it is often difficult to distinguish them from phones 3-4 times more expensive. And due to more embossed than streamlined ribs, the smartphone does not strive to run away from the hand to the floor.
3 GB RAM
In general, Vivo Y11 cannot be called a child of economy. It’s not the most powerful, but quite performant hardware: Snapdragon 439 is approximately the same as Snapdragon 625 and performed well in the recent Redmi 8, and 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage with memory card support look good by the standards of an ultra-low-cost smartphone. Also a good 6.35-inch screen with a decent margin of brightness, a smart fingerprint scanner, a good dual camera and an excellent earpiece. The interlocutor is heard so clearly and legibly, as if he is sitting in the same room.
Not without flaws
At the same time, there were some drawbacks: the display is rather grainy (the resolution is only 1544x720 with a diagonal of 6.35"), the front camera is so-so, and the external speaker is quite weak, in order to listen to music or watch movies normally, it is better to connect headphones right away. In general, if you are looking for an inexpensive balanced smartphone with good battery life, then pay attention to Vivo Y11.
