The Vitek contact electric grill belongs to the category of low-cost devices, so it does not have a large number of functions and capabilities. Nevertheless, the model has all the necessary functions for cooking different dishes. It is equipped with two corrugated plates measuring 24.5x17 cm, which have a non-stick coating and can be removed if necessary for easier cleaning. There is a drip tray on the side to collect grease and oil, which will help keep the kitchen clean.

And for control, there is only one rotary switch to select the cooking mode. Also on the body are indicators of different colors that signal heating. Vitek VT-2630 can be used in several ways: with closed plates for double-sided frying or with open plates to increase the working area. The latter method allows you to cook a large number of products or even several dishes at the same time. Unfortunately, the model does not have a timer or temperature selection - there are only 3 modes with preset temperature settings (LOW, MED and HIGH).
