The Vitek VT-1188 thermostat allows you to choose the required heating temperature from three options after bringing the water to a boil: 98, 85 and 65 degrees.
The device does not provide a separate power button, but automatic heating does not start until the corresponding BOILING button is pressed. Plus, in the mode of maintaining the temperature or boiling the liquid, the device can be turned off — by pressing the BOILING button again.
