They are well-made. The metal is good and thick. The handles don't bend under pressure (they held my weight when I had to place one handle on a concrete slab and press with my body weight).
However, despite being sturdy, this doesn't affect their weight. The pruner is quite light for its size.
Perfect for trimming small trunks, branches, and shaping bushes.
It helped me a lot in cutting hops from the fence. Anyone who has fought with it knows how tricky it is and how difficult it is to cut it from the fence, especially a chain-link one. I don't know how I would have managed without it since a regular pruner wouldn't have been able to cut through it.
Overall, it's a good pruner that will find its place in every gardener's toolkit.
