Unlike low-cost ultrasonic humidifiers that create cold steam by spraying, the Venta LW25 humidifier uses the classic hydrofiltration principle based on the process of natural evaporation from the developed surface of a rotating drum.

Humidified air is removed from the device by a special low-noise fan. It is worth noting that the rate of such natural evaporation depends on the current level of relative humidity and decreases sharply in proportion to its growth. Therefore, this device is not physically capable of creating excess moisture.
