The EL symbols in the safe model index indicate the presence of an electronic lock in its design. This mechanism is protected from drilling and knocking out, for which special steel inserts are mounted in the door, and is also able to survive high temperatures.

Protection classes

The Valberg safe is assigned class I burglary resistance and a high refractory class 60B. The last index indicates the possibility of maintaining the temperature inside the case at the level of 170 ° when the safe is exposed to fire for an hour. Protection of the interior from flames and combustion products rests on the shoulders of the seal around the perimeter of the door and refractory concrete, which fills the cavity between the double walls of the vault. The total thickness of the walls in this case is 56 mm, and the doors — 92 mm.

Electronic control

The locking of the safe door is carried out using a three-sided system of crossbars, which includes 4 elements. Since the lock is electronic, it is advisable not to allow the battery to be completely discharged, represented by an A1 battery. The battery charge is usually enough for 3-4 years of use.

Complete security

For its compact dimensions (315x440x440 mm) the safe has a considerable weight of 53 kg. Anchor fastenings to the floor are an additional measure of protection against its removal — stealing the entire vault will be as difficult as cracking it on the spot.
