It all started when the front speaker in my 2007 Mazda 6 started to crackle. I removed the door upholstery and found that the speaker had torn from age; it was a simple paper one. But the bigger issue was that it wasn't a standard size—it's oval but smaller than usual. I thought I would have to look for one at a salvage yard. But I decided to first search online by size (13x18cm). It turned out that there are speakers of that size, though not many. The most suitable ones in terms of price were Ural, 1700 rubles for a pair. I've heard that Ural has decent sound quality. So, I bought them. They fit into the stock locations without any problem, no modifications needed, I just had to cut off the original connectors to hook them up. The sound quality wasn't lost, and it even played a bit more interestingly. Easy replacement of stock speakers. Sound better than stock ones. Not disappointed. use Ural AS-M69 Molot less than month |
