The fruit of the evolution of the popular Tomahawk Navajo radar detector, along with the “additional” prefix S in the name, received support for signature technologies. From now on , the device accurately distinguishes speed control systems from the total mass of incoming signals, and the number of false "passages" is minimized.

Functional Flexibility

The device works in one of four sensitivity modes: "City", "Megapolis", "Village" or "Route". The IQ option switches between them automatically depending on the current speed of the car. Each of the detection modes is subject to flexible manual adjustment of parameters, which is implemented in the device menu.

Error-free detection

Tomahawk Navajo S immaculately determines the type of complex, pronouncing it out loud in a pleasant female voice. At the same time, information about the current speed, the mode of operation of the device, the distance to the fixation system and the allowed speed of movement is displayed in white on the screen of the device. Speed limits are "crammed" into the electronic "brain" of the radar detector, along with location data from stationary surveillance systems, which do not emit any radiation. The GPS module helps the device navigate in space.

Current base

The list of signatures can be both supplemented and removed from the device — here everything depends on the specifics of the region where the radar detector is supposed to be operated. But updating the GPS database must be done regularly, since the manufacturer releases a "fresh" exactly once a month. There are no serious claims to the model at all. Therefore, the answer to the question “Is it worth buying this radar detector?” quite obvious — unequivocally "yes".
