Thule Chariot Cab 2

The Thule Chariot Cab 2 bike trailer of the new generation was introduced by the Swedish company in 2018. This transport belongs to the elite category and is designed for the comfortable transportation of two children up to 6 years old (total load weight up to 45 kg), regardless of the season and the parents' mode of movement. The company also offers a modification for one child.

The model attaches to a bicycle using a special joint module that does not restrict movement and turning angle. For the winter period, a set of skis and extended guides with a belt clamp, which attaches to the parent's waist, is available. The trailer easily transforms into a maneuverable stroller or a tricycle for independent walks in the park. All modifications are made using a well-thought-out tool-free fastening system, and interchangeable elements are placed in special compartments on the body.

In its working state, the bike trailer weighs about 15 kg and offers numerous possibilities for urban use and travel. The base folds compactly (wheels are quickly removed), allowing it to be transported in a car trunk, and it is also equipped with spring suspension with adjustable stiffness. The Thule Chariot Cab 2 is equipped with everything necessary for a safe and comfortable ride for young children.

A mosquito net prevents insects and debris, while a rain cover protects from bad weather. There is also a sunshade with adjustable active area. All elements are equipped with quick-release fastenings. The side windows provide a panoramic view. The seatbacks can be adjusted in height for activity or rest. A high level of safety on the road is ensured by 5-point harnesses. At the rear, there is a large compartment for belongings, where a couple of city backpacks and a full supply of provisions for a countryside picnic can fit. A wide, comfortable parent handle is height-adjustable. The bike trailer is equipped with reflectors and is fully ready for movement on roads as part of a bicycle.
