The simplest entry-level laptops from the “cheap and cheerful” category. These machines in an ascetic design are aimed at performing simple tasks, be it working with text documents, hanging out on social networks or watching online videos. The laptops of the series are equipped with 14.1-inch IPS screens with a standard Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. They work on modest hardware consisting of a quad-core Intel Celeron N4100 processor, integrated UHD Graphics 600 graphics, 8 GB of DDR4-2800 RAM and a 256 GB SSD M.2 data drive.
The laptops usually do not include an operating system - you will need to install it yourself. The Thomson NEO 14 Intel Celeron has a VGA webcam, miniHDMI, USB 2.0 (1 pc.), USB 3.2 gen1 (2 pcs.), and a gigabit Ethernet port. A separate line notes the built-in card reader for a microSD card. The plastic case thickness of the family models is 18 mm, and the weight of the portable computers is about 1.35 kg.
