Thinkware F800 Pro

The flagship model of a two-channel video recorder with GPS and Wi-Fi module from the well-known South Korean company iNavy. It is a modern screenless device capable of simultaneously capturing two video streams. The main camera is equipped with a Sony Starvis IMX291 sensor and provides high-quality images with a resolution of 1920x1080 at 30 fps. The auxiliary remote provides a picture of 1280x720@30 fps, which is superimposed on the main image using the picture-in-picture method.

The hardware configuration of the Thinkware F800 Pro DVR is based on the Ambarella A7 chipset, which is capable of quickly compressing the video stream using the H.264 algorithm and recording the resulting mp4 file on microSD memory cards up to 64 GB (class 10 or more). For quick viewing of the footage, you can use the screen of almost any modern smartphone (from Android 4.4 or OS 9.0 and higher), while the data stream is transmitted via a wireless Wi-Fi connection of the 802.11n standard.

Thanks to the GPS module, the DVR can constantly (in real time) determine the speed of the vehicle and record it directly in the camera frame. In addition, the device is suitable for determining the location of the car. A sensitive accelerometer captures the fact of the start of movement / parking and automatically turns on / off the recording. Its data will also help to save the fragment recorded directly during the emergency. Equipped with a built-in battery, it can work in an economical Time Lapse parking mode (1 frame / sec).
