The classic liter thermos from the Thermos brand can be classified as a mid-price accessory. The model has a typical oblong shape (height 32 cm) with a relatively small base diameter (8 cm): it will easily fit into special side pockets of backpacks (both city and hiking), and should also be compatible with many car cup holders. Thermos PLF-1000 is made using vacuum technology, the outer walls are made of stainless steel with an additional coating against scratches and other damage.

The inner flask is also steel - safe for use with food. It is stated that the cold inside can be kept for up to 12 hours, and hot drinks - about 8 hours. The bottom of the model is notable for the presence of a non-slip pad, which should ensure stability when placed on various horizontal surfaces. The internal screw cap, in addition to the standard tightness and reduced heat loss, provides for partial unscrewing for pouring the drink into cups.
