When there is no gas supply
The Thermex EUROSTAR E906 wall-mounted electric boiler is perfect for heating small apartments that do not have a gas supply. The device has a single-circuit design and is designed for heating rooms with an approximate area of 48 m² with the possibility of connecting an indirect heating boiler for organizing hot water supply. The model with a useful power of 6 kW has an electrical protection class of IP40 (without protection against water ingress) and is designed for installation in a room with a humidity of not more than 85%, which allows the installation of the boiler away from the areas where the washbasin and shower are located. The device is powered by a single-phase (230 V) or 3-phase (400 V) connection. The device is characterized by an effective efficiency of 99.5% and is able to provide the temperature of the coolant in the heating circuit in the range of 30 – 80 °C at a maximum allowable pressure of 3 bar.
Antifreeze and frost protection
The heater is equipped with a convenient control panel with a small digital display and touch buttons for settings. The device is equipped with a block of electric heaters, consisting of 3 heating elements with a power of 2 kW, a heat exchange tank, a circulation pump and a 6-liter expansion tank. The built-in security system turns off the device in case of overheating and violation of the circulation of the coolant, and frost protection turns on heating when the temperature in the heating circuit drops below 5 °C. The manufacturer also allows the addition of antifreezes and additives certified for use in electric boilers to the coolant. As a plus of the model, we note its equipment with a timer for the heating system, which allows you to set programme heating settings for a whole week with fine-tuning tasks during each day.
