The support platform of the Tekhmann TOS-1245 sander performs orbital movements with an amplitude of 2.2 mm and a frequency of 6000 – 26000 rpm (the speed can be adjusted using the speed control to adapt the tool to different working conditions, taking into account the grit of the sanding attachments or the characteristics of the materials being processed). Dust generated during sanding is removed by an air stream through holes in the base and collected in a dust collector, made in the form of a plastic container. The power cable with a rubberized frost-resistant braid has a length of 3 m. The device weighs 1.7 kg. The set includes one sanding disc, which attaches to the base with Velcro.
