Patented stop
Tefal's Pro Style is a mid-range garment steamer. The model is made in a laconic design and is notable for the presence of a patented vertical stop — Press & Steam. It will help to fix the clothes on the hanger and press the fabric during the steam treatment.
Such a vertical stop does not take up much space during storage and, according to the manufacturer, will provide more efficient double-sided steaming, since it is made of a porous, steam-permeable fabric.
Intuitive controls
Tefal Pro Style Care IT 8460 has got an 1800-watt heater, which allows you to start using it in 45 seconds after turning on the device. The main controls are placed on the body, and the power settings buttons are duplicated on the iron itself. Accordingly, it will be easier to choose one of the five available steaming modes.
The iron itself has a triangular shape, which should help with straightening hard-to-reach areas of clothing. Also, four accessories are offered for it “out of the box”: a brush for thick fabrics, nozzles for removing wool, processing delicate fabrics and aiming arrows. Scale protection
The steamer comes with a 1.3 liter removable tank. Even ordinary tap water can be poured into it, since the model is protected from scale. The filtration system traps deposits: they do not get on clothes, but are collected in a special compartment, which is recommended to be emptied periodically.
The operating time without refueling starts from 40 minutes. But this is partly due to the low maximum intensity of steam supply (up to 35 g/min).
