I understand that standalone food processors are almost always superior to all-in-one food processors, but sometimes there is simply no other option. It is completely unrealistic to place a separate dough mixing machine, blender, vegetable cutter and meat grinder in the kitchen. But a place for such a harvester, although with difficulty, was still found. The Tefal brand is in itself a sign of quality; they don’t produce nonsense under this brand, and the car clearly proves this once again. I have long dreamed of an assistant who would know how to knead dough and do most of the manual and physically demanding work for me. And finally I received it! The bowl of the machine is large, the volume of 4.6 liters can be filled with dough about 2/5, which in kilograms means up to 2 kg of dough with a liquid consistency and about 1.4-1.5 kg of denser yeast dough or bread. The engine is quite powerful and easily turns even a decent length of tight dough for dumplings with a hook. Separately, I would like to praise the manufacturer for the possibility of ultra-high-speed whipping of egg whites and mixing creams. But the machine’s features don’t end there, because it comes with a medium-sized blender and meat grinder. I underestimated Blender, but it turned out to be very useful. Children love the delicious cocktails that I make from milk, jam and ice cream. The meat grinder also does not sit idle for a long time, it works quickly and copes well even with not the highest quality meat. The machine can operate at eight different speeds, and the blender has a special pulse mode. When working with tight dough for a long time, it can become noticeably warm. I think there’s nothing wrong with this, but it’s still somehow alarming. The blender bowl is a little small in volume, but a two-liter one would be just right. At high speed it makes a lot of noise. |
