The products of the popular French manufacturer of kitchen appliances and accessories Tefal are rightfully considered one of the best on the market. The FF 133D deep fryer is compact in size, excellent in functionality and will easily find a place in the kitchen of fried food lovers.

Design and materials

From analogs Tefal FF 133D is distinguished by a design not devoid of French charm in the original two-tone design (stainless steel + black). Lightweight (less than 500 g) thermally insulated case with polymer inserts will ensure long and comfortable operation.

Thanks to its round shape and non-stick coating, the FF 133D is easy to clean, although the bowl is not removable. The viewing window allows you to observe the cooking process without opening the lid, and non-slip feet carefully protect the cook from burning with boiling oil, preventing accidental movement or tipping of the device.

Cooking process

The FF 133D has a 5-position mechanical temperature selector with indication of the products that can be cooked. In addition to the usual potatoes, it can be fish, onion rings or chicken. But you will not find fondue in this set. Although hardly anyone expected such delights for such a price.

In the FF 133D, you can cook 1 kg of potatoes (it just won’t fit into such a crumb), spending 1.8 liters of oil and 30 minutes of time on the whole process, which is almost a good result for a conventional deep fryer, although it could “eat” less oil for such and such a product. The same applies to the gluttony of the model in terms of electricity: 1.6 kW / h, which, in principle, tells us about the low energy efficiency class.

Otherwise, the FF 133D is a very good fryer option for those who prefer branded appliances, but are not ready to overpay for it.
