It works on the principle of a deep fryer, but uses hot air that circulates inside the bowl for frying and baking. The result is food that is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and with a minimal amount of oil. A fairly spacious 5-liter bowl makes it possible to prepare up to 6 servings of food at a time. An additional rack is designed to drain excess fat and oil, and the non-stick coating prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easy.
