TCL, known for its high-quality and functional TVs at an affordable price, introduces the 55C745 model.

Wide color spectrum

This TV features a bright 55-inch diagonal QLED panel. The basis for the screen of this model was a pseudo-ten-bit VA matrix (8 bits + FRC), which is capable of reproducing more than 1 billion shades of color. Quantum dots help her in this, providing rich color rendering. This display also supports four major high dynamic range formats: HLG, HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision IQ.

Refresh rate up to 144Hz

One of the features of this model is the high screen refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. To achieve this figure, you need to connect a video source to the first HDMI 2.1 port. The three remaining HDMI ports are used to transmit signals in 4K resolution at 120 Hz. There is also a DLG Game Accelerator function, which even “overclocks” the panel to 240 Hz, but at the same time the resolution is reduced to Full HD. Such characteristics make this TV attractive to gamers who prefer to play on a big screen, be it on consoles or a computer.

Many benefits

A dedicated Game Bar 2.0 panel provides quick access to game settings and graphics options. Additionally, this TV runs on the Google TV operating system, offering a user-friendly menu interface and collecting recommendations from various sources on the home screen. The TV also boasts a 30-watt audio system with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. The only drawback is the limited number of USB ports, there is only one. However, online content plays an important role these days, and this shortcoming is probably not critical given that the main functionality of a TV is focused on streaming video content.
