High performance

STURM AC9323 is a German oil compressor perfect for domestic use at home and for work in small car workshops. It produces 350 liters of compressed air per minute, which is enough for a spray gun, grinder or impact wrench. However, the pressure force here is 7 bar, which is relatively small, given the dimensions and the two-cylinder system, and it is definitely not enough for an industrial demolition hammer. You can connect two pneumatic tools at the same time — pressure is regulated at one outlet, and not at the other (7 bar is supplied immediately).

Extended cylinder and head life

The STURM AC9323 model uses a belt drive, which greatly increases the life of the compressor head. Due to the difference in the pulleys, the speed of the head movement is much lower than the speed of the motor. In addition, this design gives good access to each working element for repair or replacement. However, the absence of a casing on the engine can lead to the fact that in a dusty room it will be very dirty. A condensate drain valve will allow you to get rid of unnecessary liquid.

Motor thermal protection

The design is equipped with two relays: temperature and pressure regulating. The first turns off the unit in case of overheating, protecting the engine from damage, and the second turns on / off the compressor when the desired pressure is reached / dropped. A nice addition are the two air filters that come with the compressor. The front handle is very comfortable and large, but the plastic wheels let us down a bit, as they knock a lot during transportation and are less durable than rubber ones. It is also worth noting that the weight of the STURM AC9323 is rather big — as much as 62 kg.
