STEINEL HL 1620 S has two temperature settings of 300 and 500 degrees, which can be changed depending on the type of material. Unfortunately, there is no additional mode below 100 degrees, which is necessary to warm up the tint stickers. Two-position airflow adjustment of 240 and 450 L/min is also possible. The design of the hair dryer is equipped with a durable micanite (withstands more than 900 degrees) heating element.

Design features

The design of the hair dryer has six holes for air intake and blowing of the gearbox (four on the sides and two at the end), which provide cooling to the system. If, during prolonged use, the tool overheats, the safety element will turn off the hair dryer and protect the gearbox from damage. Users also note the comfortable rubberized handle of the heat gun.

Useful equipment

The hair dryer comes with two nozzles. One of them has a curved shape (in the form of a spatula) and allows you to heat shrink elements from all sides at once, as well as work with a hair dryer in hard-to-reach places, for example, to warm up frozen pipes located close to the wall.
