High airflow performance
The German floor-mounted axial fan on the Steba Pedestal Fan VT 5 pedestal leg is distinguished by a 5-blade design of the working unit, which rotates a reliable 54 W electric motor. The fan blades Ø 38 cm, made of plastic, have an aerodynamic geometry and are closed along the outer contour with a steel protective grille. A hinged fan head allows you to change the angle of its inclination. This model combines an ultra-high airflow capacity of 4200 m³/h with relatively low noise at maximum speed of 63 dB. The unit has a standard auto-rotate motor with a fan that "swings" from side to side within a 90° angle.
Ambiguous control panel design
The model received software settings that allow you to switch between 3 speeds of rotation of the blades, natural wind simulation, economical and night modes. The device is equipped with a sleep timer with a maximum time of 7 hours and a complete remote control that duplicates the capabilities of the main control panel, assembled directly inside the top rack. The small buttons and character LED indicators on the stand are not very easy to use and are hard to see from a distance. Despite the absence of a housing at the control panel, thanks to the high assembly rod, which does not have the option of height adjustment, and the heavy disk stand, the device has a solid weight of 5.7 kg. Although the fan has interesting consumer characteristics, the model turned out to be ambiguous, and its high price causes annoyance and bewilderment.
