The Steba brand offers an advanced electric meat grinder for modern users. It would seem that what else can be added to such a simple device as a meat grinder? But the manufacturer came up with a rather interesting solution by equipping the model with a backlit touch screen. First, it displays the temperature of the motor, which rises from a large amount of food, strong pressure, or while using a 3mm disc.

To prevent overheating, keep an eye on this indicator and give the device some time to cool down. Secondly, using the display, you can select programs and adjust the power. A total of 6 programs are available: meat, beef, frozen meat, fish, juicer and chopping. For each of them, the Steba MG 1600 provides the required number of revolutions per minute: for example, 110 for chopping, 150 for fish and a maximum of 220 for meat.

To select the desired mode, you need to make a certain number of clicks on the screen. As for the performance of the model, the motor with a maximum power of 1500 W allows the meat grinder to quickly cope with a large amount of products, hard pieces and sinewy meat. In case of an "emergency" situation, when something is stuck in the auger, there is a reverse function (moving in the opposite direction), which greatly facilitates cleaning. To work with various meat products, the model is equipped with three discs for minced meat and nozzles for forming kebbe, homemade sausages and sausages.
