It looks impressive, thereby emphasizing the status of the device, and also contributes to easy maintenance and overall high reliability. The weight of the model is 3.5 kg, which is somewhat larger than analogs made of plastic, but is unlikely to be a critical moment.

Steba IK 75 has one induction heating zone with a diameter of 23 cm, covered with a glass-ceramic surface. It is possible to adjust the power from 200 to 2000 W in increments of 200 W. Separately, the heating temperature is adjusted from 60 to 240 degrees Celsius in steps of 20 °. Such 10-level adjustments are enough to control the cooking process of almost any dish.

The device works quite quietly, having all the objective advantages of induction burners. If you need two heating zones, then you should consider the related version of the Steba IK 750.

Touchpad

The safe operation of the stove is ensured by both automatic recognition of dishes and the auto-off function, as well as blocking the controls (protection from children). The latter are represented by sensors. They will help with adjustments to operating parameters and setting the timer. For him, the time is set, up to 180 minutes, which can simplify the preparation of various long dishes, such as broths.

The minus of the hob is a rather high price. Even in the brand line there are more affordable analogues, like the Steba IK 55. But the extra charge for a beautiful laconic appearance and a metal case looks quite justified.
