Additional features projector SIM2 Domino D60:
Technology "Brilliant Colour"
Technology "Brilliant Colour" improves colour reproduction, expands the gamut of transmitted colours and at the same time increases the brightness of the image. In a dark room, this improves the quality of reproduction of natural colours and pictures of wildlife, which has traditionally been a weak point of "office" projectors.
From the press release:
The new Domino D60 projector offers full 1080p resolution at a very competitive price and its high image quality makes it perfect for low-cost-conscious home cinema enthusiasts.
The D60 is based on a single 0.95-inch 1080p DarkChip3TM DLP chip from Texas Instruments, and a 200W lamp. The DOMINO D60 is equipped with a Dual Iris system to enhance contrast and detail in shadows. This system is associated with three presets for viewing modes (Cinema, Dynamic, Standard) and three memory cells, providing the necessary light output for each of the selected modes.
In addition, DynamicBlack, developed by Texas Instruments, analyzes the video signal from the source and changes the aperture depending on the brightness level of the screen. The DOMINO D60 combines outstanding picture clarity with stunning black depth, achieving a contrast ratio of >10,000:1.
Ease of installation is another of the advantages of this model, obtained due to the vertical shift of the lenses by +60%/-40%. The D60 delivers images in a variety of formats and sizes, including pixel-for-pixel and anamorphic modes, as well as full-HD, 1920x1080p progressive scan. It has connectors for composite, S-video, component, RGBHV, and HDMI-HDCP signals. The Domino D60 comes in an elegant Matte Black chassis.
