The SilverStone F1 Hybrid Uno dashcam offers a good radar detector, but several drawbacks impact its effectiveness as a combo-device. The dashcam's forced recording feature only saves the last 20 seconds before pressing the button, making it ineffective as evidence during incidents. Despite promises to extend this period, no updates have been made. The shock sensor is overly sensitive, filling the SD-card with unnecessary recordings. Additionally, the weak GPS database for Western Europe and the device's weight causing it to fall from the suction cup are notable issues. While the product has potential, the current dashcam function is practically useless without further development.

I have been using it for 8 months. If the SilverStone development team would turn towards the customer, then it could be said that the device is worth its money. But for now... the dashcam function is practically USELESS. And it is clear that the company's marketing and product promotion are well-organized. There are plenty of useless rave reviews, and many marketplaces, for various reasons, simply do not publish reviews. good radar detector. Drawbacks that negate its functionality as a combo-device (3 in 1): 1. When pressing the button for forced recording on the dash cam, it only saves the LAST 20 SEC. prior to hitting the button. This means practically missing the event itself and its prelude. It becomes useless as evidence during an accident. After 6 months of promises from the development team to extend this period to 3 minutes, the response remains the same: "We'll do it. Our developers are very busy...we are doing fine in sales anyway!" 2. The extremely sensitive shock sensor. Even on the min. level, it reacts to all bumps — as a result, the SD-card is just filled with "junk." 3. Weak Western European GPS point database. 4. The device is too heavy for its suction cup — it falls from the heat in the garage. By morning, the device hangs on the cable (if the cable is routed from above) or simply falls onto the dashboard. 5.
