Multifunctional device for welding various metals and alloys
Sherman MIG 200 HD is a universal semi-automatic inverter for welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals: carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In semi-automatic welding mode (MIG/MAG), the device works with copper-plated or flux-cored wire. The bobbin seat supports 100mm and 200mm bobbins. A set of rollers and tips allows you to configure the device to work with wire with a diameter from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm. In manual (MMA) and argon-arc (TIG) welding modes, electrodes up to 4 mm can be used.
Settings and “helpers”
The control panel includes controls, buttons, indicator lights and digital displays for fine-tuning the welding machine. The current is adjusted by the central handle (30 - 200 A for MIG/MAG and 20 - 180 A for MMA and TIG). In semi-automatic welding mode, you can adjust the wire feed speed (2 - 15 m/min) and switch control modes (2 or 4 cycles). Synergic control allows you to automatically select parameters, and the device memory stores up to 20 programmable settings. The machine also has hot start, arc force and anti-stick functions to make electrode welding easier.
Welding workshop equipment
Versatile machines like the Sherman MIG 200 HD, which have a variety of utility functions and programmable memory, are great for shops that perform a variety of welding jobs. Separately, it is worth noting the connector for connecting SPOOL GUN - a special torch with a wire feed mechanism used for welding aluminum parts in hard-to-reach places.
