I bought this air purifier in December 2019. Back then, it wasn't officially available in the Ukrainian market. It was sold as a European import with a store warranty. Initially, the purifier worked well, and the Plasmacluster ionizer made the air noticeably fresher, and even the charcoal filter handled odors effectively. But after using it for a couple of months, the charcoal filter started emitting odors, and a bad smell appeared in the room where the purifier was working. Strange, considering the manufacturer claims the filters last 10 years. It's basically just marketing hype. Don't fall for it! But that's just the beginning. After a couple more months, the ionizer stopped working. The characteristic faint sound of its operation vanished, and there was no freshness in the room. After this, it was sent for repair, and it came back with the same problem—a non-working ionizer. I sent it for repair again, but they couldn’t find the spare parts, couldn't fix it, and the seller refunded my money. The conclusion is that the purifier isn't worth the money, the air purification function is questionable, filters need frequent replacement (and they are expensive), and the ionizer is unreliable. The positives are its appearance and plastic quality. I don't want to buy this kind of "technological wonder" again.
