Sencor SFD 950SS

Vertical electric fruit and vegetable dryer from the brand Sencor is a mid-range kitchen appliance for small kitchens (minimum body dimensions are 21x30x22 cm). The model provides 5 loading levels, represented by heat-resistant plastic trays, each measuring 29 by 20 cm. It is not necessary to use all the trays; you can use just one if needed. There is also an option to adjust the height between the trays from 16 to 29 mm.

This means you can set the optimal position for thin slices or whole berries of small or medium size. The Sencor SFD 950SS dryer features a vertical layout: a 240 W heater and fan are located at the bottom of the housing, and warm air is forcibly directed upwards. The heating system is supplemented with a safety fuse for overheat protection, automatically turning off the device in case of emergencies.

Operation is performed using a mechanical rotary switch, used to select temperatures ranging from 35 to 70 degrees Celsius in 5 °C increments. Next to the knob, there are tips for optimal temperature settings for various products. Also noteworthy are the working light indication, the transparent design for visualizing the drying process, and its moderate weight without content (2 kg).
