The power consumption claimed by the manufacturer is only 250 W — and for a home dehydrator with vertical blowing, this power is enough. The Scarlett SC-421 vegetable dryer uses 5 removable trays. The height between sections can be adjusted. If you set a high position between the sections, you can load up to 3 kg of products into the dryer. The trays themselves are made of high quality transparent food grade plastic. Plastic containers do not exude foreign odours even when heated. The control panel is mechanical, it has a power button and a temperature controller. The heating range is within 35-70 ˚С.
