Equipment:
The Sanyo PLC-XU88 projector is based on 3 colour difference polysilicon TFT LCD matrices with a diagonal of 0.63” and its luminous flux is 3000 ANSI-lumens with a contrast ratio of 500:1. This combination will allow the projector to work effortlessly both in rooms that are only partially darkened, or with full overhead lighting. The physical resolution of the matrix is 1024x768 pixels (XGA). At the same time, it is possible to scale up to the resolution of the matrix of other modes, up to 1600x1200.
This projector uses a new power supply system that is designed to protect the incandescent lamp from overheating in the event of a sudden power outage or accidental disconnection of the projector from the mains. The system is based on the use of capacitors that continue to autonomously “feed” the cooling system until the lamp reaches normal temperature.
