We bought this model a few months ago to replace our old Samsung, which had worked for over 10 years. That's why we chose this brand again. It's relatively quiet. Compared to the previous model, it operates much quieter. It has an inverter motor. Overall, it's great technology. However, I didn't like that the washing programs are in English. Another downside is that the button labels for "start," "temperature," and "spin" are very dark and not backlit, so they're very hard to see. But over time, you get used to it.
