Two speeds and pulse mode

The power of the model is small — only 500 watts, but at the same time it develops a speed of up to 12K revolutions per minute. To work with products of different density, two speeds are provided, as well as a pulsed mode. But note that the manufacturer does not recommend using the blender for chopping raw meat, crushing ice, grinding too hot ingredients and mixing boiling liquids — this can lead to breakage. In addition, the continuous use of the device is limited to only 30 seconds, after which the engine needs a break of a couple of minutes.

Measuring cup included

Usually, an immersion blender is used directly in a saucepan or other utensil, but the necessary capacity is not always at hand. That's why Russell Hobbs Horizon 24691-56 comes with a 700 mL plastic cup with a measuring scale to follow the recipe exactly. By the way, it is dishwasher safe.
