Very disappointed with the hair straightener from Rowenta. It makes hair very static, and it doesn't straighten thick, porous hair right away. Additionally, there is a strong smell of cheap plastic during use. This is the worst flat iron I've ever used. The price is unreasonably high, and the positive reviews on this model are clearly paid for. Long cord, nice-looking.
